Yeelight Malaysia Return & Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions being met:

1. Refund requests are subject to verification that the requests are determined to meet warranty terms requirements and are within the general terms and conditions of purchase.

2. The refund process will be initiated only upon receiving returned products for approved product return cases. For lost items in transit, refund processes will be initiated upon customers' requests for refund and confirmation on missing/untraceable parcels by appointed third party courier services.

3. The refund process will take approximately 20 working days from the date of refund request approval.

4. The amount of money will be refunded ONLY to the payment method(s) from which payment for the purchase was received.
