GENERAL T&C

1. All devices from Yeelight Malaysia are original products.

2. We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged during delivery. 

3. Items that you order may sometimes face a slight delays based on 3rd Party Service Providers 

4 .All return charges (courier / tax / duty / stamp / packing) are borne by the buyer.

5. All sales are final. No refund / cancellation / exchange / rebate / reimbursement will be entertained unless stipulated in refund and warranty policies.

6. Orders will only be processed for shipping upon confirmation of payment received.

7. Version / firmware / software / OS may vary and differ based on device age, model and versions.

8. Items sold are categorized into two:

a. Original Box Set – Original Box Set with included Accessories 
b. Replacement Box Set – Replacement Box with included Accessories

9. USB cable & lighting is depending on the product models and above mentioned categories.

10. User manual & setup CD is depending on availability.

11. Boxes may not be in pristine condition due to handling and delivery damage that may occur during shipping.
